The image above is taken from the natural England web site and shows areas of land which the public has right of access on under the 2000 CROW land agreement.

The area including Davidstow airfield and in particular the Davidstow Model Flying Club area centred around SX 156847 is clearly not in an area with public right of access.

Davidstow Model Flying Club has authorised access to the second roundel which is designated as a Parking and Pit area and the clubs members are allowed to drive vehicles from the road to the roundel.

Davidstow Model Flying Club is also authorised to fly model aircraft on the airfield in areas which do not have public right of access.

Davidstow Model Flying Club has authorisation from English Heritage, the Parish Council, land owners, this authorisation is administered by via a land agent.
